Matthew Baillie

Director

Matthew has over 15 years’ experience in financial services, with a strong background in strategy, and large-scale change, having previously worked at Lloyds Banking Group, where he held leadership roles spanning Product, Strategy, Digital, Change and Transformation. His final role at Lloyds prior to joining OSB Group in 2022 was as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Recognised as an experienced leader, Matthew oversees teams responsible for Change and Transformation, and Strategic Implementation.

Irfanulla Khan

Wholetime Director

Irfan has played a key role in leading osbIndia (OSBI) through a very impressive journey, including the merger of Easiprocess and Easioption, developing OSBI into a strong performance centre with class-leading customer service, establishing long-term real estate strategy, development of skills and structure to support growth, and making OSBI an important strategic partner for OneSavings Bank. Irfan comes with a strong business management and transformation background. He started of his career with HSBC, and then took up assignments in key roles with Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd India and ISGN, managing and growing third party business. He is a commerce graduate with honours in advertising and marketing information services. He also holds a higher diploma in software engineering.

Clive Michael Vanbuerle

Wholetime Director

Clive VanBuerle has over 21 years of experience in financial services, global service delivery and talent management. He most recently had held senior positions at ISGN, a US lending technology and services provider, and Synup, a global MarTech Start-up. In his prior roles, Clive has helped scale global capability centres in India that support the US home lending industry at ISGN and prior to that at Ocwen Financial. At ISGN, Clive was involved in several complex M&A transactions and also assisted Synup an early stage Start-up to navigate and emerge stronger during the global pandemic. Clive’s experience is in building & scaling global capability centres, leadership and team building, PE and M&A assignments, client & stakeholder management etc. within the Financial Services and Technology domains. Clive is also actively involved in community service and youth development.

Nirupama Subramanian

Director

Nirupama Subramanian has over 27 years of work experience across different sectors. After completing her MBA in finance from XLRI, India, she worked with Citibank in Corporate Banking. Nirupama also worked with Genpact as a Training consultant to facilitate leadership workshops and design interventions to enhance the capability of the employees. Nirupama is an ICF certified coach ( PCC) and also holds several certifications. Apart from leadership development and coaching, Nirupama has a strong focus on Diversity & Inclusion. She focuses on gender diversity through her organization GLOW ( Growing Leadership of Women) . Nirupama has served over 75 organizations in the domain of capability building, leadership development, talent management, culture building and DEI. She is also an author of 3 books, including the latest- Powerful-The Indian Woman's guide to unlocking her full potential and has published over 100 articles in a variety of publications.

Viswanath Nanjunda Rao

Director

Viswanath has more than 20 years of corporate and business finance experience in IT /ITES in various key managerial roles like CFO and senior director at companies including Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Mphasis and Dell Services. In the last eight years he’s also held key leadership roles at start-up companies innovating in the space of data analytics, tech products and SaaS.. Viswanath is a rank holder chartered accountant and company secretary. Key finance roles aside, he’s also managed portfolios such as HR, global operations, legal and workplace experience in high growth start-up environment. Viswanath also has a keen interest in talent-nurturing and mentoring next-gen leaders, having mentored many young founders who have scaled their start-up from idea to execution.
